Grundfos is a global leader in advanced pump solutions with an annual production of more than 16 million pump units. Grundfos India’s headquarters had received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) EB Platinum Certification by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). Aspiration Cleantech Ventures installed a grid connected solar plant in this platinum rated building, that uses 216 solar photo voltaic panels (EMMVEE), each of 240 Wp capacity. Through this installation, Grundfos achieved another milestone in its sustainability drive by installing a 51.84 kW rooftop solar plant at its headquarters, which generates about 80,000 kWh of power annually.
